Rex Merriweather, a sub-par private investigator, involuntarily travels through small intervals of time while trying to find the man who viciously murdered his only brother. It’s tough on the streets of 2010 Chicago; there’s a double-crossing dame, a top-secret microchip and even a laser fight.
